The following resources are available to assist individuals and families with critical needs and services such as child care assistance, employment services, food resources, health and dental care, housing and homeless services, legal services, mental health and substance abuse services, older adult services, public benefits, mortgage or rent payments and utility assistance.

Loudoun County Information & Referral

Loudoun County Information & Referral (I&R) program specialists help individuals and families better understand the range of health and human resources available to them. Individuals and Families who have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic can connect with specialists who will help them understand their options and assist them in making informed decisions. Contact I&R services by calling (703) 777-0420 Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm or complete the online form to be contacted within one business day.

2-1-1 Virginia

211 Virginia is a free service that can help you find the local resources you need. They're available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Virginia Department of Social Services
