Bill Payments

We encourage customers to leverage Round Hill’s online resources to complete transactions and to manage payments. For customers who normally come to our offices to conduct business, we are offering the following alternatives:

DROP BOX: If you do not pay online, please utilize our after-hours drop boxes for payment transactions located in front and of the Town Office at 23 Main Street. Please use an envelope. If you pay by check, please allow 3 business days for your payment to be processed once it is received by the Town.

ONLINE: If you choose to pay online, Round Hill's Online Payment System is powered by Paymentus Corporation. We accept payments using Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit and as e-checks. We will receive an instant notification of your payment and will post it to your account the next business day. For each payment, you will receive a confirmation number. Please note, there is a $1,000 transaction limit. Water/Sewer account numbers are 11 digits (do not enter (–) or spaces. Account number need to match what is on your bill).

Tax accounts are 8 digits (add leading zeros (0) if needed) *Only Personal Property 2019 and Prior, and Real Estate 2018 and prior can be paid through this payment portal. Any taxes after this time will need to be paid through Loudoun County. For more info click here.

PHONE: If you choose to pay on the phone, you can call 1-877-318-5828. Please look on your billing statement for your account number and bill amount, which you will need in order to make a payment by phone.

PLEASE NOTE: The Town Council is suspending all disconnections and late fees for the duration of the local emergency. However, we encourage you to pay your bill as you normally would, if able, to help you avoid a larger balance later.
